1. Upload your docs. The business owner uploads PDFs, Word documents, or plain text files. These could be employee handbooks, policy documents, SOPs, process guides, or any reference material the team needs.
2. AI processes and indexes. The system extracts text from uploaded documents, splits them into searchable chunks, and creates vector embeddings for semantic search. This happens automatically after upload.
3. Team asks questions. Any team member with access can type a question in natural language. The AI searches the indexed documents, finds the most relevant passages, and generates a concise answer with source citations.
4. Owner stays informed. Admins can see usage stats — how many questions are being asked, which topics come up most, and how the team is using the tool.
