Refund Policy

Our Approach

WithoutAsking offers a free plan so you can evaluate the product before paying anything. The free plan includes 1 document, 50 questions per month, and 1 user — no credit card required, no time limit.

Because of this, we expect that most users will have a clear understanding of the Service before upgrading. That said, we want every customer to feel confident in their purchase.

Refund Eligibility

If you are unsatisfied with your paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. Refund requests after the 14-day window will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at support@withoutasking.app with your account email address. We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed through Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited), our payment processor and Merchant of Record. Once approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider, typically 5–10 business days.

Cancellation vs. Refund

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Paddle account management page. No refund is needed to cancel — you simply won't be charged again.

After Cancellation or Refund

Your documents are never deleted when you cancel or receive a refund. All documents remain accessible on the free plan (up to the free plan limit of 1 document). Additional team members will lose access and usage limits will adjust to match the free plan.
